Create Your Account

Getting started is quick and easy. No credit card required for the free Starter plan.

  • Visit buynowqr.com and click 'Get Started'
  • Enter your email and create a password
  • Verify your email address
  • You're in! Now let's set up your business

Connect Your Stripe Account

Link your Stripe account to receive payments

BuyNowQR uses Stripe Connect to process payments securely. You'll need a Stripe account to get paid.

  • Click 'Connect Stripe' in your dashboard
  • Sign in to your existing Stripe account (or create one)
  • Authorize BuyNowQR to process payments on your behalf
  • Your account is now ready to accept payments

Don't have a Stripe account? No problem! The setup process will guide you through creating one. You'll need basic business information and bank account details.

Add Your Business Details

Customize your business profile

Add your business information to personalize the checkout experience for your customers.

  • Navigate to Settings in your dashboard
  • Enter your business name and contact information
  • Upload your business logo (optional but recommended)
  • Add your business address and phone number

Create Your First Product

Add a product or service to sell

Products are what you'll sell through QR codes. Each product can have its own pricing and settings.

  • Go to 'Products' and click 'Add Product'
  • Enter the product name and description
  • Set your price (in USD)
  • Upload a product image (optional)
  • Enable Buy Now Pay Later if desired
  • Click 'Save' to create your product

Pro Tip: Start with one product to test the system. You can add unlimited products later on any plan.

Generate Your First QR Code

Create a scannable QR code for your product

QR codes make it easy for customers to find and purchase your products with their phone.

  • Navigate to 'QR Codes' in your dashboard
  • Click 'Generate QR Code'
  • Select the product you just created
  • Click 'Generate' - your QR code is created instantly
  • Download the QR code image

Display Your QR Code

The final step is displaying your QR code where customers can see and scan it.

  • Print your QR code on table tents, flyers, or posters
  • Display it on your website or in email signatures
  • Add it to receipts or packaging materials
